we are currently spending the 4th of july at sara's house in austin watching "a hot dog program" - one of my most favorite PBS programs, all about different hot dog stands across the country. we watched the second half of it earlier when we woke up, then ate breakfast (a unique combination of blueberry pancakes and pad thai with diet 7up to drink) while watching a roller-coaster program, and we're now watching the first half. hot. happy independence day!
